When will I receive my programme (ticket)?
The programmes will be distributed in October.
If you opted to collect them from Wadestown School, you will receive an email when they are ready for collection.
When will I find out the addresses of the houses?
The house addresses will be included in your programme (ticket) which you will receive in October.
Do I need to start at a particular house?
The houses are numbered as a suggested route but you can start at any of the houses on the map in your programme (ticket) and you can choose to take any route that suits you.
Do I need a car?
Wadestown is a stereotypical Wellington suburb and has been built on a hill. You can walk the whole way but prepare yourself for some steep streets! Otherwise you could drive between some of the houses and walk between others.
Will there be food or beverages available?
Continuous refreshments are included in your ticket and will be served at two of the houses, the locations will be marked in your programme (ticket). Tea and coffee as well as baking will be available. You will also be able to purchase a barista coffee from a Mojo during the walk -eftpos available.
Can I consume food or drink in the houses?
Aside from the designated refreshment areas in two of the houses, you cannot consume food and beverage out of respect for the homeowners.
Will there be toilets available?
Yes toilets will be available to use at a selection of the houses, these will be marked on the map in your programme (ticket).
Can I wear shoes in the houses?
We want to ensure that there is no damage done to the houses, so we ask that you only wear socks or bare feet. We recommend you wear lightweight comfy shoes that you can easily slip on and off as you will carry those yourself.
What happens if it is raining?
The event will go ahead no matter the weather, so be prepared with raincoats and umbrellas if necessary!
